The countdown begins.

As I write this, it is 11:34 om on October 31st. Only a little while longer until the madness begins- I plan on writing at least 500 words before going to bed. I don't know how this is going to work out. I'm guessing a lot of it is going to be me winging it. We'll see how it goes...

My Writing Space

There's a thread on the NaNo forums talking about where we do the most of our writing. Here's what I have:

This first pic is where I'll be doing most of the work. My pocket oxford dictionary is sitting right there for handy reference. Also my current book (I'm re-reading "The Dark is Rising" sequence; awesome series). This is where my utensils for writing and opening letters are within easy reach.

This is the couch that's pretty nice- I sit over there when I'm really tired and need to be a little more comfy when I write.

The final spot. Mostly because it's a table that's easier for me to get to sit at. With my carpal tunnel acting up as of late, I'll probably be sitting here more than I usually do.
